The King is coming

This weekend, in the UK, King Charles had his coronation. There are flags and banners pinned up in most places. People are planning tea parties. While there are divided opinions on what kind of King Charles will be, the fact is that as of Saturday, he will be officially crowned King for the world to see.

This fact brought to my mind the increasing anticipation we have as Christians of our King Jesus returning again. It seems to me that as believers from different walks of life and denominations also may have differing opinions. These could be about when Jesus will come, what will come before or after He comes etc, where He will come to. BUT let me remind you, dear friends, that He is coming again soon!

What can we do?

Acts 1v8 states: But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria and to the ends of the earth

Keep listening for the whispers of the Holy Spirit and step out in the boldness that He gives to tell others about Jesus and all that He has done for them. Be a witness of all Jesus has done and continues to do. Show others that this Jesus that we serve is alive and full of power.

It is our duty to be on the look out for our coming King and to tell others about His coming. Don't become discouraged in differing of opinions and forget the main goal.

Just wanted to give you a small amount of encouragement this week. KEEP GOING, RECEIVE THE FULL POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, HE IS COMING SOON!

Enjoy this song below: THE KING IS COMING! GET READY.
