Yet Not I But Through Christ In Me

This won't be a long drawn out message today, just a song that has been put on my heart that I wanted to share.

One of my favourite songs is Yet Not I But Through Christ In Me (I have attached it below.) It was a song that my husband and I had sung at our wedding. We both wanted to have it proclaimed over us as we started off our married life, reminding ourselves that it is only through the grace of God that we are able to keep running the race not anything that we can do ourselves.

1 Corinthians 15:10, Paul says "But by the grace of God I am what I am and His grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them - yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.

I'm grateful that through all of my mistakes and my proudest moments, the valleys and the mountains, that God was gracious with me and His goodness has brought us safe all this way. Be reminded this week that you are shaped and moulded into the man or woman God has made you to be by the One who promised to never leave you or forsake you. Let the words of the song minister to you today.

God bless you all
